Downrigging Weekend was a great time!  The weather was fantastic and there were lots of friendly people looking at our boats, asking questions and taking pictures.  Five of the seven CCRs there made it into the water, emptying their own gas tanks and Rich Faulkner’s two spare cans!  Photos from the event are here and on Michael…

CCWBRA members participated in the Poquoson Seafood Festival Workboat Races by staging informal CCR demonstration races.  Eight CCRs were raced by:  Bill Kurz, Chris Riddick, Eben Townes, Ian Millington, Jack Pettigrew, Lawrence Fuccella, Mac Hall and Bill Yoke.  Curt and Nancy Bluefeld and Lynn Yoke provided race support and interfaced with the public.  CCR enthusiasts from…
