CCWBRA will no longer distribute Racing Handbooks to all members; however, the Handbook will remain accessible here and on our Tech. Support page for reference and for personal printing. Race Coordinators will have a printed copy of the Racing Handbook at official CCWBRA regattas (for reference use only).
